Manual L Sealers & Shrink Tunnels

Adpak manufacture a comprehensive range of easy to operate L sealers and shrink tunnels to meet the requirements of all types of applications. All shrink films (PVC, polythene and polyolefin) can be used. The sealers incorporate constantly heated sealing wires, which combined with the rotating Teflon cover give an instant clean seal together with a fume free operating environment. We offer two sizes, the model LS400 has a sealing area of 400 x 450mm and the LS600 has a sealing area of 600 x 650mm, please contact us for more information.  

Shrink Tunnels 

Adpak Shrink Tunnels incorporate a base heater with a tunnel chamber heater; these combined with a thermostatically controlled hot air recirculating system provide a very efficient shrinkwrapping process. These tunnels have a variable speed belt conveyor for greater control over product quality.  We offer two sizes, the model PVE400 with an aperture of 400 x 230mm and the model PVE600 with an aperture of 600 x 300mm, please contact us for more information.

Shrink Tunnel Model AD450T & Semi Automatic L Sealer AD560FA

These systems offer the versatility and reliability that has become Adpak's trademark. It is particularly suitable for products requiring a high quality finished presentation. The range of semi automatic modular shrinkwrapping systems are offered in two different sizes to suit the product. The range offers machines with a sealing area 560 x 430mm through to 870 x 620mm, plus various levels of automation from manual through to automatic cycle.

The Adpak range of automatic L sealers and shrink tunnels offers customers the ability to choose from three high quality models. Firstly, the AD6000A, where performance is essential whilst maintaining high quality production on a low capital cost basis.

Secondly, the AD6000CS gives the customer with taller products an automatic option, increasing the product height from 150 to 200mm.

Finally, the model AD8000CS is a large machine designed to accept a more flexible range of products, once again producing high quality production with the added benefit of high technology control systems. All models are able to work with most types of shrinkable films.
