These machines include pick & place robots manufactured by a supplier of your choice.  Integrated into a complete system, the robot fully satisfies the requirements of flexible end of line packaging. Conventional Palletising Systems with layer deposit

• Automatic palletiser Maxipal 2000series
• Automatic palletiser Maxipal 5000series

The Maxipal deposits and centres layers, one after the other on a stationary pallet.  It offers a wide range of speeds, with a maximum of 280 layers per hour and requires little floor space.  It is fully automatic, but operators can easily access areas safely due to heavy duty protection from moving parts and an operator terminal.
