Manual Sleevewrapper Range

The Adpak range of manual sleeve wrapping systems are robust in construction, ergonomically designed and simple to operate. The freestanding sleeve sealers are being used successfully in a wide variety of industries and are ideal for use on small collated products allowing tough transit packs to be produced on a low coast basis. Semi Automatic Sleevewrapper Range

The Adpak range of semi automatic sleevesealers are designed as monobloc combination units.
The space saving design allows the product to be transferred directly from the outfeed of the sealer onto the shrink tunnel mesh belt which creates a smooth transfer for unsupported collations and in turn, increases production output. The system incorporates top and bottom powered film feed drives and a product pusher. This allows the operator to collate the next pack whilst the machinery completes the packaging process. Fully Automatic Sleevewrapper Range

The Adpak range of automatic sleevesealers have been designed as Monobloc units.
The space saving design allows the outfeed of the sleevesealer unit to be combined with the shrink tunnel infeed, this increases production throughput and saves space. The range offers both inline and side feed options, giving maximum product flexibility. In many cases no adjustment is necessary as the infeed belt coupled with photocell product detection will apply film to random length products, please contact us for more information.
